If women want to sing, they sing. If women want to move, they move. If women want to dance, they dance. If they want to come, go, talk, shout, laugh, run, mock of you, they just do! Only difference among them is the form. Some, dance on the stage, some at home, some in the classroom, in labs, driver seat, offices, on the streets. Some tell about experience, some about theories, some about science, some about religion. The common thing among them is that they make an impact!
Do you know that, the ‘Corbeaux’ (Craws) are so smart and able to solve problems, using tools and equipments. Also, they are outstanding capability in social relations and communal living. Their intelligence combines with their strong memory and language skills. A do you know that they can remember individuals as unique persons not as ‘humans’, ‘cats’ or ‘turkish’, ‘middle eastern’ or such. They know them as unique persons!
And so, when they want to do something, they succeed!
Inspired by performance Corbeaux by Bouchra Ouizguen / Compagnie O in HAU Hebbel am Ufer. Claiming Common Spaces Program, June, 2018.
